5°Do you know « Frankenstein » and « Dracula » ? What do you know about them ?

What is Halloween and where does it come from?

Halloween is __________ celebration in the USA and UK which takes place on the last evening of __________ every year. It’s a night for spooky monsters and scary ghosts. Ancient people believed it was the ‘night of the __________’ and a time to think about the family members who had died.

Children often__________  up in different costumes and play ‘trick or teat’ on their __________. They knock on doors and when someone opens they shout ‘trick or treat’, people give them sweets or money as a treat because they don’t want the children to play a trick on them. Lots of adults like to dress up too but they usually go to __________ and don’t knock on any doors.
